We have a Carola from QuickMill with the famous E61 group. We found that freshly roasted coffee beans are much more consistent. We also like long coffees... and expresso (flexibility!). The beans from eKô were by a long margin the best. Excellent taste (not too bitter, sweet, cocoa, and hazelnut. Not too much caramel), very consistent roasting and grinding, bio, fair trade and for that price, this is amazing. THANK YOU to the whole team from bringing this to Switzerland!
