Which coffees do we use for the blend?
40% natural Arabica from the Coopfam co-operative in Brazil, 30% washed Arabica from the ANEI co-operative in Colombia and 30% washed Arabica from the Inprocafé co-operative in Peru.
All coffees are 100% organic, 100% Fairtrade and 100% speciality coffee.
Good to know:
This coffee is a medium to light roasted coffee that is perfect for long balanced coffees.
It can also be prepared a little stronger like an espresso (brewing ratio 1:2.5 - 1:6) and is suitable for portafilters and fully automatic machines.
