eKô ESPRESSO FORTE 500g: strong and full bodied, with notes of dark chocolate, almond and honey.

Unopened packaging: We accept returns of coffee as long as the packaging is unopened and undamaged. Please make sure the package is sealed and shows no signs of tampering.

Quality defects: If you find a quality defect in our coffee, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the case and find an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund.

Taste preferences: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns based on taste preferences or personal preference. We recommend trying our coffee before purchasing to make sure it meets your expectations.

Returns and refunds: For eligible returns, we will issue a refund of the purchase price less any shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping time: Estimated shipping time is 1 - 3 business days after order is received.

Shipping address: Please make sure you have provided the correct shipping address. We cannot take responsibility for failed deliveries due to inaccurate information.

Shipping costs: The shipping costs are 3.00 CHF per product. From a purchase value of 100.00 CHF we deliver free of charge.
