Which coffees do we use for the blend?
50% natural Arabica from the Coopfam co-operative in Brazil, 30% washed Arabica from the Inprocafé co-operative in Peru and 20% natural Arabica from the Cosagual co-operative in Honduras.
All coffees are 100% organic, 100% Fairtrade and 100% speciality coffee.

This coffee is our all-rounder. If you have a grinder and lots of needs, this is just the thing for you.
As an espresso, it tastes balanced, with a marzipan flavour on the nose and milk chocolate, nut and caramel on the palate. A longer extraction time of 28-32 seconds emphasises the fruity note of the coffee from Honduras even more.
The caramel flavour comes out particularly well in a cappuccino and as an Americano, the coffee can be drunk like a lungo.
It is suitable for portafilters, fully automatic machines and the Bialetti.
