Which coffees do we use for the blend?
65% washed Arabica from the Unión De Ejidos Y Comunidades San Fernando cooperative in Mexico and 35% washed Fine Robusta from the CEPRO Yanesha cooperative in Peru.
All coffees are 100% organic, 100% Fairtrade and 100% speciality coffee.
Good to know:
This coffee is for anyone who likes strong coffee and is also available as whole beans and grounded, suitable for fully automatic machines, portafilters and the Bialetti.
- Unopened packaging: We accept returns of coffee as long as the packaging is unopened and undamaged. Please make sure the package is sealed and shows no signs of tampering.
- Quality defects: If you find a quality defect in our coffee, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the case and find an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund.
- Taste preferences: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns based on taste preferences or personal preference. We recommend trying our coffee before purchasing to make sure it meets your expectations.
- Returns and refunds: For eligible returns, we will issue a refund of the purchase price less any shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping time: Estimated shipping time is 2 - 3 business days after order is received.
