1. Unopened packaging: We accept returns of coffee as long as the packaging is unopened and undamaged. Please make sure the package is sealed and shows no signs of tampering.
2. Quality defects: If you find a quality defect in our coffee, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the case and find an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund.
3. Taste preferences: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns based on taste preferences or personal preference. We recommend trying our coffee before purchasing to make sure it meets your expectations.
4. Returns and refunds: For eligible returns, we will issue a refund of the purchase price less any shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
